  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Fibre tests have been completed at Sandwick (Shetland) however, same requires to be completed at Burray (Orkneys). The tester at Orkneys is faulty so the tester from Sandwick is being flown over to Burray (ETA 17:00) for testing. The engineers have got all the tools to carry out the splicing and are back at Burray where the splicing needs to be completed to restore the Banff to Burray fibres. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
