  Incident Headline: : 5 MUXES IN YORK AREA : LOSS OF SERVICE  
     
  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Loss of internet services for {1272} Broadband end users. Locations affected are Glaisdale, Kirkbymoorside, Robin Hoods Bay, Whitby Cook and Sleights. The Precision Test Officer and fibre jointers are rerouting failed services onto dark fibres (spare) and this action is restoring customer service in a controlled manner. The Road Traffic Controls are now in place and the cable gang are installing the replacement cable. Once the reroutes have been completed the fibre jointers will commence the cable repair activities. At this point there is no estimated time for complete repair. Next update will be issued upon service restoration or sooner should there be any significant delays.
