  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: An engineer has changed hardware with a donor card but service has not been fully restored. Awaiting further spares which are due at 02.15 and 03.50. Estimated time of repair will depend on spares arrival. An engineer will be tasked to site to complete card changes. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development
