  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.

  Progress Details: Intrusive testing was taking place on this equipment to investigate reported intermittent and degraded service. An on site engineer carried out a hardware re-seat which resulted in a loss of service to all customers on this DSLAM. Replacement hardware has been utilised however this has failed to restore service. On site investigations continue with the support of the operational team. Next update will be issued upon a significant update.
