  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a degradation of Broadband Service.  
  Progress Details: Vendor support have not been able to restore service remotely. On the vendors guidance, additional hardware has been ordered from stores, ETA to Dunoon are 23:50 and 00:35. Engineer has attended Greenock to collect donor hardware however none could be located on site. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
