  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a degradation of Broadband Service.  
  Progress Details: The hardware change has failed to fully restore service. Technical support have been engaged to assist. The engineer has now left site. Further diagnostics will be completed remotely. This has been proven to be a degraded service and thought to be a commissioning issue which will not be addressed until Monday. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
