  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Service has not been restored. Broadband and Transmission teams are working together in order to establish the root cause. An engineer has been tased to Perth as this has been deemed the most likely location the cause of the failure lies. An update will be issued once the engineer arrives onsite.
