  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: Power supply is understood to have been restored following contractors attending site this morning however services failed to restore. Switch engineer tasked to site to investigate the root cause of the failure, Work Allocation Control (WAC) investigating the resource. As a pre caution a power engineer has been tasked to site to investigate the power supply, no ETAs available at present. Estimated time of restoration not yet known. Next update will be issued upon service restoration unless there should be a significant development.
