  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: There are currently 438 Broadband customers still impacted across 19 Internet Service Providers. This figure is down from 11251 customers across 62 Internet Service Providers. The ADSL operational team continue to review the status of these muxes. There is no failure on the BT network and full restoration cannot be achieved until the local power company restores power to the area. Next update will be issued upon service restoration or sooner should there be a change in impact.
