  Incident Details: Some of your Broadband End Users may have experienced a loss of Broadband Service.

 
  Closure Details: Service automatically restored at 21:05. A monitoring period has been observed to ensure service stability. Vendor support have been engaged to investigate the cause of this failure as this is yet to be established. Exact customer impact has now been determined, following restoration the operational team identified that this was the number of end users configured on ESR5 at the time of failure. BT regrets any inconvenience this may have caused.
