  Progress Details: Please note amendment to customer impact. Remote diagnostics are currently being performed in an attempt to identify the cause of failure. Should this be unsuccessful an engineer will be tasked to site to carry out further investigations. Root cause is yet to be identified therefore an estimated time of restoration is unknown at present. Next update will be issued upon a significant update.
