  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: A Precision Test Officer (PTO) is en route to Aspatria with a jointer to investigate. They are expected to arrive for 18:30 and will help ascertain whether we have one or two cables impacted. Reroutes are in progress where possible. Root cause and estimated time of repair are unknown at present. Next update will be issued once the PTO completes his initial investigations or sooner with a significant development.
