  Incident Details: At the moment some of your Broadband End Users may be experiencing a loss of Broadband service.


 
  Progress Details: An engineer has been to Staunton and Gloucester to investigate the cause of failure. Investigations have identified a fault on the fibre between Staunton and Gloucester. A precision test officer has been tasked to site to carry out further investigations into the exact point of failure and carry out the appropriate repairs, however resource is still being sought. Estimated time of restoration is unknown at present. Next update will be issued upon a significant development.
