Dear Customer, A fix has been deployed and we are now starting to see applications returning to full functionality. We can confirm that the following journeys were impacted - L2C Order progression for 20 & 21cn Broadband & Voice products (Availability Checker and Pre-order check failing) T2R Fault raising and submission for 20cn Broadband, Voice products & Private Ccts- unable to raise and submit faults Diagnostics- copper line tests were failing BTWholesales.com was unaffected in terms of access- although once logged into the portal, customer would be unable to run any of the actions outlined above. Whilst the services are returning to normal operation, you may still see an impact with the delay of KCIs being returned but we are expecting this to be fully resolved in the next 2 hours. We will provide the next update by 15:45
