	Incident Details:	On 22/10/2012, BT experienced some difficulties with an Broadband routers at [at Birmingham, Manchester and Milton Keynes. The fault was identified at [insert time] and [if relevant - and was upgraded within BT to a [SI/SSO etc]]. The difficulty was as a result of [insert a paragraph of technical detail].
	Progress Details:	Service was restored to customers served by Birmingham node at 20:35. Technical services are progressing restoration with the Milton Keynes and Manchester nodes. Vendor has been engaged and is on the technical call assisting with restoration.
